• OTP (One-Time Password): OTPs are collected for the purpose of user authentication and secure verification during login or critical actions.

We collect only the information that is necessary for operational purposes. No additional personal or sensitive data is collected.

2. How We Use Information

The information collected through the Sowbaghya app is used solely for the following purposes:

• Facilitating internal communication between technicians and the operations team.
• Managing, tracking, and resolving service tickets efficiently.
• Verifying technician presence at customer locations through location tracking.
• Maintaining accurate records of service activities through image documentation.
• Authenticating and verifying the identity of users through OTP-based login.

We do not use any collected data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond internal service operations.

All data collected through the Sowbaghya app is securely stored within Odoo, our backend management system. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

• Access to stored data is controlled and restricted to authorized personnel only.
• Data is retained for as long as it is necessary for operational and business purposes.
• We regularly review our security practices to ensure data remains protected.

As the Sowbaghya app is an internal enterprise application, certain standard data management actions are handled administratively rather than directly by users within the app.

• Odoo: Used as the primary backend system for data management, storage, and ticket handling. Data processed through Odoo is governed by Odoo's privacy and data security standards.
• Google (Firebase / Push Notifications): Used to deliver push notifications to technicians. Google's services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. No personal data beyond what is necessary for notification delivery is shared.

We do not integrate with any third-party advertising, analytics, or data brokering services.

7. Age Limitation

The Sowbaghya app is intended exclusively for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This application is accessible only to authorized employees and technicians of Sowbaghya who meet this age requirement.

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that such data has been inadvertently collected, it will be promptly reviewed and deleted.
